For new home construction, the budget is prepared based on the execution plans or building permit plans. For renovation projects, it is created using the existing execution plans to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process.

Why Is an Unpriced Budget Important?
When contractors prepare their own budgets, the results often vary significantly — not only in price, but also in technical content. This means the quality and specifications may differ from one contractor to another, making it difficult to compare offers fairly.
With an unpriced budget, every bidder must complete the exact same document, based on identical technical specifications. This ensures that all offers are comparable, allowing you to clearly see which contractor provides the best value.
Additionally, a contractor‑completed unpriced budget also serves as a technical requirement document. In the event of a legal dispute, it becomes an important reference point for determining the agreed‑upon scope and standards.
What Do We Mean by “Identical Technical Requirements”?
For example, during the renovation of a single room, the budget specifies every required task in detail. It doesn’t simply state that the plaster must be removed — it also defines the exact surface area and the reason for the work (such as waterproofing issues, dampness, or previous water damage). It also outlines the necessary preparation steps before applying new plaster, such as treating the wall with a mold‑inhibiting solution.
When an unpriced budget is provided, the contractor is required to follow these specifications and address every detail listed. This ensures that all bidders work from the same technical expectations and standards.
The budget not only defines the technical requirements but also makes it significantly easier for you to compare contractor offers. You will know exactly which tasks need to be completed, clearly itemized and organized, giving you full clarity when choosing the right contractor.
The price for preparing a priced or unpriced budget is 0.5% of the estimated project cost, with a minimum fee of 150 EUR.
Payment is accepted via Wise payment link.
The payment deadline is 3 calendar days.
All prices are VAT‑exempt, as our company is not subject to VAT.
Small Print — Service Agreement Notice
By submitting your order, you enter into a service agreement that includes a payment obligation.
A minimum fee of 150 EUR is payable upfront via a Wise payment link.
The final price of the service is 0.5% of the estimated project cost, which can only be determined once the budget has been completed.
A preview version of the budget will be provided for review.
The full, final document will be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid through a second Wise payment link.
If you wish to cancel before the work begins, you may do so by email.
Once the service has started, fees are non‑refundable for the portion of work already completed.
